PTFE sheet is made from PTFE resin and prepared by compression molding, static-pressure molding and skiving.called:"F4 Sheet,Teflon Sheet" It is divided two types of Skived Sheet,Moulded Sheet.PTFE Sheet have some excellent properties of enduring chemeistry &corrosiveness,dielectric,non-ageing,It has a wide range of practicable temperature from -180℃～+250℃and a wax-like surface where anything hardly sticks on and the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials.It conform to the professional standard QB/T 3625-99.
There are three types of PTFE sheet: SFB-1 sheet is used as electrical insulation material; SFB-2 sheet is used as gasket, sealing and lubricant material; SFB-3 sheet is used as membrane and visual window material in corrosive media.
